Mobile Precision Tool Service cleans, calibrates, and repairs linear measuring tools. We handle everything from calipers and micrometers to height gages and indicators (click “Current Price List” at the left to see more).

We come to you. Our mobile, climate controlled lab remains on site while we service your tools. We don’t take up any of your vital shop Floor space, and we can maintain ISO-compliant temperature and Humidity.

You don’t have to waste time or money shipping your tools to an off-site lab. Our turnaround time is very fast, usually less than an hour per tool – sometimes as little as fifteen minutes if you need it back right away.

You deal directly with the metrologist throughout the calibration process. We can answer questions about specific tools, give advice on general tool care, and help you set up a calibration schedule.

Our pricing is competitive with other calibration labs, most of which either require you to ship them your tools, or take your tools off site for service.

We’ll need a single parking spot and a single 110-volt  outlet.

All calibration done by Mobile Precision Tool Service is traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Traceability allows you to accept government  contracts, enhances your quality control system, and ends measurement disagreements between you and your customers.
